Where is all the Mac Music meta-data stored?

I messed up my meta-data with Catalina's Music. These data store my playlists and stars and such.

I restored my whole music directory from when it was working fine, but that doesn't restore the meta-data.

The data must be *somewhere*, but I can't find them.
