Website access denied

On my iMac, I am trying to log into my Virgin Mobile account but I keep getting told that there is a problem accessing this.

I can log in on my Android phone and my iPad Air gen 3 with no issues. I want to get in with the Mac because that is the only one that I can print from.

Any ideas? Thanks

Are you using a VPN, or Apple Private Relay? If so turn them off and you should have no issues accessing T-Mobile.

What browser?
