Our MacMini has this virus/trojan. It seems they want you to call this number to get it fixed. What is the best way to get this removed? It's also possible there is adware on this MacMini. The virus kidnapped the DNS and locked up the computer. After resetting the DNS to the ISP settings I can boot the computer but opening Safari locks the computer up. I use a MacPro. The MacMini belongs to another family member.
