[v6.0] filename

Hello,
a friend has a 1998 mac with, I think, an OS9.
She has a mac file that when copied to a PC (windows 7) appears as

Gift Voucher - Comp. [v6.0]

I couldn't find a way to convert it to a pdf or other windows office programs. The file contains small graphics and some text.

Any ideas how to proceed?

Hi,

Possibly get her to open it in pages then save / export as a word doc, then transfer to the Win 7 pc. Or get her to click print then save as a PDF.
