Using External PCIe with MAC mini M1 via Thunderbolt

Does anyone know if the MAC mini M1 will support using an external PCIe chassis via the TB3 or TB4 interface. I want to purchase a MAC mini M1 and attach to it a PCIe chassis with a Blackmagicdesigns (BMD) Quad SDI video capture card? This configuration will be used with Wirecast software for streaming. Also, what might be the best PCIe chassis to use for this configuration?

Hello and welcome.

The M1 Mac mini doesn't support eGPU cards, but not sure about video capture cards in an external enclosure. Honestly, it would be best to contact Blackmagic Design directly, as I am sure they would have the official compatibility answer.
