url pop ups

[PMN]

I´m not sure how, but chrome is allowing pop-ups (they are blocked in my settings). Not sure if they are pop-ups or url´s. For example, I´ll go to my home banking page and click on an option, chrome opens a new tab to a number of sites (videos, shoebuy., mackeeper.zeobit2., etc).
It´s driving me crazy!!
Anyone know how to get rid of this...PLEASE!

Hi and welcome,

You could try this.
A) Click on the Chrome menu at the top left of your screen.
B) Click Preferences.
C) Click on Under the Hood.
D) Click on Content settings
E) Click on Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended).
F) Click the Exceptions tab if you want to allow them for some sites.
