hi! Need your help as currently unable to install anything on my Mac Pro 2019. Mac boots only to globe asking for wifi connection once done globe spins for hours and progress bar doesn't seem to be moving. When I try to boot Big Sur from USB, pressing Option key doesn't give me any options and goes straight to globe. Holding Command and R doesn't do anything either. Any ideas?

-Do you mean a MacBook Pro 13/15/16" from 2019 or an actual Mac Pro (2019)?
-What version of macOS is installed currently?
I would try a NVRAM reset, which should clear it trying to startup from the Internet/network (globe), then try to startup with the Option key.
