Time capsule problem

I have a 2TB Time capsule base station, new in June 2016. It has been satisfactorily handling regular automatic back-ups for 1x I-Mac, 3x MacBooks & 2x I-pad since installation. All devices 2011 or younger, all on macOS Sierra 10.12.3.

Now, in the last couple of days, all devices claim to be unable to reach the TC storage disk even though internet access is normal.
I have told my 2016 MacBook to forget the TC disk hoping that I could re-set. Nothing doing. Can't find it.

Any ideas?.

Looks like problem solved thanks to helpful lad at Apple Support, Took over an hour (at Apple's expense!) on the 'phone and much jiggering about with the TC including a 'hard' reset.
Seems to have recovered all earlier backups too.
