"TIA" Yellow Icon ?

Hello,

For the last few days, I have been seeing a very small, yellow, icon with the word "TIA" in it.

Splashed over screen in a few spots, and/or hanging on a Folder, etc.

What is this ?

Possibly a user-specific overlay or application icon, as no standard system icon matches this description. Or as an abbreviation it can mean Thanks In Advance.

My guess is it's something to do with custom icons but what? I don't know. Not much help, sorry.
