This message comes up when using apps. Not attached to anything. Not charging the device which seems to the only help I can find.

Hello and welcome.

-Which model iPad?
-Which version of iOS?
-Are you using genuine Apple charging cables?
-Is there any physical or liquid damage that you know of?
-When do you see this alert?

I have the same issue on iPad Pro. There is no cable or device attached. It is running the latest version of IOS and there is no damage to the device. It happens most frequently within the Facebook app when viewing a video but it also occurs on occasion in the Safari app

Hello and welcome Honshin.

-Is it running the latest version of iOS?
-Are you using an Apple Smart Keyboard?
-Have you checked the Smart Connector pins on the iPad and keyboard?
-Is there any dirt/lint/etc. in the Lightning connector?

I get this randomly, without a clue about what's causing the issue. I just got it a moment ago, waking up my iPad Pro with IOS 10.3.2 and Apple keyboard. I slid the message, added my fingerprint, and got my normal screen.
