Synchronising

Hello,
I am not sure whether this is an IMAC problem or IPHONE problem. I have a MACos 10 13 6 system. My Iphone is 6s. The contact list in my IMAC is not sync - ing across in full to my Iphone. It used to but doesn't any more. I have looked at all sorts of troubleshooting but nothing seems to work.

-What version of iOS on the iPhone 6s?
-Are you signed into and using the same iCloud account on the Mac and iPhone?
-Are you syncing manually using a USB cable between the iPhone and iMac, or with iCloud?

I think it is 13 4 1 but I can’t see IOS written anywhere.
