SuperDuper Problem

I'm getting an error message from SuperDuper. The drop-down menu next to "Copy" does not show "Macintosh HD" as an option for the source of my backup. Can anyone help me fix this?
I'm on High Sierra 10.13.6 and v. 3.3.1 of SuperDuper.

Yes, SuperDuper has worked flawlessly for a long time.
Restart made no difference. Now what?

Hmmm....

Maybe see if you can select the destination as the source, then see if the Macintosh HD is available as the destination? If so, switch them back?

David Nanian, the author of SuperDuper!, is VERY responsive for support. Maybe he has seen this before.
