Since I upgraded to Mountain Lion last week, my sound preference is stuck in mute. The mute box is checked and grayed out so that it cannot be changed. I've tried to use the keyboard keys to change sound, but that doesn't work either. Also tried plugging in headphones, which I usually don't use, but that didn't make any difference either. Can someone help?
