Slooooow iMac with Monterey

Latest updates running but takes ages to load and when any changes to a file are made, it takes sometimes days to update iCloud backup, even takes half hour to delete a couple of images and release Finder back to the ability to restart the Mac.
Any help accepted.

You need to provide your Mac’s properties first. Go to  -> About This Mac. Please provide the macOS version running, and the amount of RAM (Memory) installed. Then click on System Report…

The next window will open with Hardware Overview. Provide us with the Model Identifier. Then click on Storage. Select your startup drive (probably Macintosh HD) and provide us with its Capacity. That should be enough information.
