simple folder action does not trigger?

Sorry for my cluelessness but I have a simple folder action that works when i trigger it within automator but when i drop files into the folder it does not trigger... any reasons this may be happening.

folder action calling on folder X.

FIND FINDER ITEMS in folder X
all files w/ name that contains MYNAME.

MOVE FINDER ITEMS
destination is set.

So I deleted my original folder action in finder and remade the action and it works just fine.
