I have tried to download and use silicon lab drivers. When downloaded I cannot find the new serial ports.
When I look for the program it’s shows not loaded.
Has anyone got any idea how I can get them to load please?

Hello and welcome.

I am not familiar with Silicon Lab. Can you give a little more information?
  • What is silicon lab?
  • Which exact model Mac?
  • What version of macOS?

Hi,
Silicon lab drivers allow you to have virtual com ports to connect in my case Ham radio cat control.
My Computer is - iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
I am running macOS Monterey version 12.2.1
I need these virtual ports to run Macdoppler satellite tracking software , another ham radio program that allows cat control of both radios and rotators.
Before installing this latest op system I didn't have a problem. I used Silicon Lab Drivers to run another program called MacloggerDX .

OK, thanks. I understand now.

It may be an incompatibility between those drives and Monterey. It may be best to post in the Silicon Labs Community, as they will probably have more knowledge of the compatibility with Monterey.
