Script to automate mouse click base on timer on a particular site

Hi,

I would like to check if it is possible to come up with a script to activate a left mouse script according to a particular countdown timer on a particular site. Can anyone advice on this?

Not with Automator.
Not sure about AppleScript, I doubt it, not easily.
