Safari Problem

Late 2015 iMac running Mojave. My 2015 Apple Bluetooth keyboard will randomly stop working when using Safari. None of there keys will work but then it will then start working again. It is fully charged and works perfectly most of the time. I have no extensions running and am baffled by this. The keyboard is not loosing contact through bluetooth. Any ideas.

Hello.

-Is it 10.14.4 Mojave?
-It only happens when using Safari? If so, that is strange.
-Do you happen to have a USB keyboard as well? If so, you could delete and re-add the Bluetooth keyboard to see if that fixes it.

It sure is strange. Yes, it is Mojave 10.14.4. I do have an old USB keyboard. I will give that a try and see what happens. Thanks for the advice.
