Safari opens, but with black web pages

Every time I open safari, doesn't matter what the web page is (I've tried various ones), they all open really SLOW and come up completely black. I haven't changed any settings. It did freeze yesterday while editing photos and restart. It restarted, I finished my photo and didn't try anything else. Today, it is doing this.
Can someone please help!

1. What Mac OS are you using?

2. What is the exact Mac model you have?

3. Are you making backups to an external device?

4. Have you ever done any disk cleanup/maintenance/repairs via software?

5. How much free space does your internal drive have?
