Safari lockups

When ever I start Safari, it locks up. Have to force quit. was going to delete it and reload, but where can I download it?

On 10.8.5 / Mac Mini--

but I don't think thats the problem.
delete the Cache.db in ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari.

I deleted Cachdb , started to a blank page without the spinner but just sat there when I went to a page..

Cant do that while spinner is spinning. Nothing works except I can move the window..

Then I would repair permissions first, do this with disk utility. But if there is no difference then possibly uninstall and reinstall from you Macs setup disks.

I have seen this issue before, when third-party toolbars are installed. Especially if it hangs almost immediately, while loading the first page. Conduit Community Toolbar is the most common cause.

Do a search for CTLoader and Conduit. If it finds either, remove the following files:

/Library/Application Support/Conduit
/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader
/Library/Receipts/ctloader.pkg
/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg
/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle
/Users/<User name>/Library/Application Support/Conduit

Let us know if that is the culprit,

I am gone for a week, I can only remember Glim installed but I will check when I get back.
