Safari Help on 10.4.1

I normally use FF but it's outdated (well my OS is) so now I am forced to use safari again. The most annoying thing is that I cannot hold a click over a link to have the drop-down menu show like it did in FF. Any ideas how to change this? Also, can you disable the address bar remembering the sites you visited and offering suggestions? How? I appreciate it!

Right Click a link give the Contextual Menu, just like normal.

No preference I know of to set Auto Complete off. Very few people actually type URLs, and most of those want auto complete.
