Reminder automation based on the content of the mail

HI ,
I am new to Apple script.

Need script to create reminder automatically under following condition in MAIL

1, if the main subject is. : Reminder, Topic , date. Time,Notification

2. Reminder should be created automatically based on the above information

For example the mail Subject : Reminder, Call Alex to wish on his birthday, 10/10/21 , 16:00, Y

Reminder should be created automatically for 10th october, 2021 , Time 4 PM with Notification.

I would be grateful if someone can help me creating the script
