Reinstalled Outlook and now it wont open, Help Please!!!!

Hi, I have recently reinstalled Microsoft Outlook on my mac and now it wont open and this message pops up.
Can anyone help fix this???

You need to verify whether or not Microsoft Outlook is compatible with the new OS version.

Hi,

Possibly you could try rebuilding its database, hold down the option key and run outlook. This rebuilds the identity and database.
