Rehab Optima/OptimaHCS

I need to run Rehab Optima/Optima HCS on my Mac. It won't run now because there is not an application on my Mac to run it. Does anyone know of an application I can download that will run OptimaHCS?

It only appears to be an iOS app at the moment. No clue as to when it will be available as a full blown Mac app.
