Reboot MBA 2014

I need to reboot/reset my MBA 2014 to pass it on. Which disk should Erase/reboot
I have

In the startup menu

251 GB SSD
- disk0s2
___________
disk1
- Mac OX Base system

I didnt do this since many years ago so I kind of forgot how to do it

You could boot into the Recovery mode and re-instal MacOS.

How to reinstall macOS

You can use macOS Recovery to reinstall the Mac operating system (macOS). Reinstalling macOS won’t remove your personal data.

Or you could simply create a new Account and then delete yours.
