Re-instal preloaded apps

Having moved from one european country to another i have had to open up two apples ID's and ended up with major confusion when i tried to update the apps. While trying to sort the confusion out I stupidly uninstalled preloaded apps and now cannot get them reinstalled via the App Store. I am happy to re- purchase the apps if need be but the App Store won't allow this. They only ask me me to accept the app but when I press the accept button it doesn't load the app.

You can telephone Apple Support and they will move your Apps across to the new country account.
