Problem pop up message is coming in mac desktop

Hi All ,

Please find the attached screen shot ..that pop up message is coming alway and its showing activity which i am doing in my mac desktop ..please help to disable it from my mac desktop

Apple > System Preferences > Universal Access > Uncheck Enable Voice Over
