SOLVED 'Print Friendly' for Safari?

Is there any Safari add-on or extension that works like the Print Friendly extension for several other browsers? (It allows the user to choose what will print, so advertisements and other distracting elements can be removed, and you get neat, well-formatted output.)

It is annoying to need a second browser just for those instances when I want to print something neatly (or print to PDF).

Related question: Why are there so few extensions or add-ons for Safari, compared to most other browsers?

Hello,

It seems they do have a "version" for Safari: Print Friendly & PDF Button for Safari. It's not an extension, but if you follow the directions at that link, it works as a bookmark.

Isn't that the same functionality as the extension you can get for Google Chrome?

Excellent! That's what I needed. The Print Friendly bookmark is a Java script, and that may be the core of Chrome extensions. (?)

Glad that worked.

Yes, it may be, or it could be code that Google allows and Apple doesn't for extensions.

Be well,
