Hi everyone,

Have a powerpoint question. I originally created an image from shapes in powerpoint and then saved the shapes as an image (png format). Since then, I've lost the powerpoint file, but still have the png image. Is there a way to convert the png file back to its original shapes in powerpoint so that I can manipulate the separate shapes that make up the image?

Thanks.

No, a png is a compressed bitmap, just a single plane of pixels.

sorry.

The only option would be to place the image in PowerPoint as a guide and redo the elements on top.
