Please Help, Pop Up needs to go away

Hey, so whenever I click on a link, even if I know it's safe, like ESPN or google, a new pop-up shows up saying that my mac is slow or i need help or my OS X will crash. My first instinct was to delete my history, so I did that, but the issue persisted, so then i ended up deleting a lot of junk from my files, trying to find out where this thing was hiding. Still didn't go away, so I uninstalled many turrets and god knows how many useless apps I had, and it STILL happened. Finally, I decided that I needed to just reset safari, so thats what I did, yet it still kept on going. I don't know what to do now, I'd like some help, thanks.

If that didn't resolve the issue, try this: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac. Also, I suggest you download and install Google Chrome and/or Firefox.
