Photoshop CS6 and and saving as PDF

I am making tutorials for personal use in Photoshop CS6
When I Save As Photoshop PDF, some of the text is not appearing properly
I have added an attachment, if someone could look at it and give some
advice, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

After some digging around the web, and some trial and error.
The solution was "Flatten Image" before saving as a PDF.
