Photo Theater Problems

Is anyone out there using "Photo Theater" for making slideshows into movies ? The program is registered by "Bonitem" out of NY. I downloaded it from Apple Stores, being it is not an Apple product Apple Support cannot be of any help. I am having some problems with the program without support from Bonitem. Does anyone out their have any suggestions ?

You know both iPhoto and iMovie can be used to make slideshows into movies.
