paste filename and first line of word doc into excel

After recovering files from a corrupted memory pen drive, I now have over 2000 word docs with no name. Is there anyway of using an automater script (or applescript) to open each word doc, and paste the filename and the first line of the doc into an excel file?

Not using Automator. don't know about appleScript and Microsoft programs, sorry...
