Ad blockers will only make it harder for web pages to load. Assuming you are using Safari, which has tighter security compared with other browsers, you may want to open problematic pages with another one (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge). You can stay with Safari for you main browsing and only use the others whenever pages don’t load properly.
The easiest way of doing this is by going into Safari Preferences, select the Advanced tab, and activate the “Show Develop menu in menu bar” tick box. The “Develop” menu item should now be available. The next time a page fails to load, select Develop -> Open Page With and select the alternative browser on the list. If you don’t have any other browser installed, you will need to download and install them. Chrome is usually the most relaxed with security. Good luck.
