Hi when I was using excell if I had 200 rows with items & costs against them if I did not have a quantity in the quantity column it would not show in the total column.

Therefore If I picked 4 items out of the 200 the spreadsheet would only show the 4 items

Can numbers do this

=IF( quantity > 0 , quantity * amount , 0 ) written in Safari

this is the same in Excel.
