Hello, Trying to install Now Tv player on my Macbook air 4,1.on firefox

Model Name: MacBook Air
Model Identifier: MacBookAir4,1
Processor Name: Intel Core i5
Processor Speed: 1.6 GHz

Have installed the player but black screen with sound, any suggestions please
