No sound on my Mac

Hello, I have a MacBook Air (about says early 2015) that fell when I was sleeping. Now I have no sound on it whatsoever and anytime I try to increase/decrease the sound to see if it will work, something like this appears ø. My computer also makes sounds when I open it similar to when it is too hot. Can anyone tell me how I can fix it? I tried restarting it and it did not work.

Hello and welcome.
  • Was anything plugged into the headphone port when it fell?
  • Do you see a red light emitting from the headphone port?
  • Have you tried an SMC and NVRAM reset?
  • Have you tried connecting headphones to the port a few times and are headphones recognized?
