I want to activate iCloud backup on my iPhone 7 but "iCloud" in not listed in the Settings. I believe it should be there so something has apparently removed it. A week or so ago there was a notification that my phone had not been backed up for a period of time, so I activated the backup. It would almost get done and then fail. I tried this several times with the same result. To stop constantly receiving this notification I turned it off, intending to try again at a later time. Now I cannot find anything to trun on.

Hello,

What version of iOS are you running on the iPhone? in iOS 13, when you go to Settings, you click your name at the top, then you can scroll to and click iCloud, and you will see iCloud Backup to allow enabling it.
