Need help with ssd

Mac: Macbook pro early 2011
SSD: Samsung ssd evo 8
Did this:
had to get what what's in the first screen shot (from the video)
only got what's on the second screen shot

The Hdd is untouched.
What do I do to make mac recognize it?

Looks like either the SSD caddy is defective, or the cabling isn't seated properly/is damaged.
