Navigating question...

I don't know if this sounds wierd or silly or obvious... I just know that a set of directions i was given are meant to work for a PC and im not sure what the proper path im looking for on my mac is supposed to be.

Trying to edit an application.

Directions given:

a. Right-click the application name and select "Show Package Contents"
b. Navigate to Contents/Frameworks/

Uh....when i right click on my app i see stuff like "get info" "show view options" etc... where do i go to see the content and frameworks part?

Yes, lovely. Except you repeating the directions fails to help me because when I control+click on the application no such option shows up.

Then it's not a Cocoa App and what you are trying to do can't be done.
