Occasionally, my wife's iMac tells her that she needs to upgrade an app, but shows my ID in the logon screen for the iTunes store. We can't correct that window to use her ID. A couple of times, I deleted the application. But now it is doing that with Pages, Numbers, & Keynote!

I have no idea why it's asking for my ID.

How do I tell it to use *her* ID? Someplace her Mac is storing my ID for those applications.

Hello,

At some point, your Apple ID was setup on her iMac, and those apps were purchased to/accepted by your account. Do you have a user account on her iMac? You will have to delete any apps that it is prompting for your account, then re-download them when signed in with hers. There isn't any way to reassign apps from one Apple ID to another.

Hope that helps,

C
