Ok, so I was playing a game from steam on my laptop (mac air) at a friends, then I went to sleep and, the next morning, the computer kept sending me the message 'your startup disk is full'. I checked the hard disk and I'd, I believe overnight, though I hadn't checked in around a day and a half, gone from 100Gb filled to 120Gb filled. I'd made one download, which was a PDF, though I deleted it just to be sure. More confusingly, when I got home, I found that the game I'd been playing yesterday had been uninstalled, totally without my consent.

I've been looking everywhere I can think, but can't find the source of this new space filler. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I can do?
