Multiple issues with my iPad Air 5

I am facing multiple issues with my iPad Air 5 like:
1. Screen doesn't turn off even when autolo ck is set to 2 mins
2. Touch doesn't work properly after charging the device or while charging you need to restart it to work properly and it again starts malfunctioning when charged again.
3. Screen turns off automatically for no reason at all.

Most of the issues (not the screen automatically turning off issue) get resolved when you restart the device but they starts again as soon as you charge your device.
