MSDCSC.EXE file running on MBP(Mid 2015) OSX 10.11.4

Hi, I have a folder in my Documents called MSDCSC and in it there's a file (msdcsc.exe).

I've dragged to trash and tried emptying the trash but I get an error saying "The operation can't be completed because "msdcsc.exe" is still in use"

I didn't think .exe files could even run on a mac (without Wine or whatever) so any help about what the file is and how to get rid of it would be appreciated.

When you drag the file to the Trash, hold down the Option Key at the same time. You should then be able to empty the trash.

I held the CMD key as I dragged it to trash but still get the error message.

I said the "OPTION" key, not the CMD key.
