SOLVED Mewe.com won't open

I have mewe .com in my bookmarks, It opens every time I click on it. After I do my Clean my Mac cleanup. mewe will not open, And if it does it seams like forever. after a couple of days it will start opening as it should. I have MacOS Mojave 10.14.6. I don't speak the computer language very good. I think you would call me a nerd. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP.
