Malware bytes

Just joined Mac-help.com. I have MacBook Air (early 2015) the question is I loaded McAfee 6 months ago and people say get rid of it. I used to use Panda antivirus in Monjove but upgraded to Catalina and of course Panda 32bit system became a no no (Catalina runs on 64)
Before I bore all readers to death what should I do ? Delete MvAfee and install Malwarebytes.

Does McAfee work for you? If it does keep it, if not try something else.

Thanks 4 your response. My question is do I need it and is Malwarebytes as good better. I paid for the McAfee but once it runs out I don’t think I would renew it

MalwareBytes is the only one I use regularly, I find it does all that I require.

Like Lufbrarunner I only use Malwarebytes as I see no need for full AV software, and have never run an AV on any of my Mac's.
