Hello,

-Who is the email account through - i.e. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.?
-How many emails are in the Inbox total?

The Mail App is the one that came with Sierra. I have two inboxes: one with ATT, and the other with SBC Global. Both mails appear in the window, although in the header it might say there are 7 Emails in my Inbox, and I count only 5 showing.

So, are you using Mail directly through/with your ISP (like I am doing with my ISP, Comcast, although I use Outlook 2016), or via another mail "service", like the ones Cory mentioned?

Ahhh...I didn't even think about that. Thanks for letting us know and glad it is resolved.
