Mail Problem - OS 10.6.8 - Exchange Server

hey guys,

i've a problem with the "mail" app.

whenever i start it, it crashes after about 10 seconds. i suppose, while synchronizing the messages.

if i open mail without an active internet connection, it does not crash. even if i then activate the internet connection i am able to retrieve and send messages..

it might be of help to know that i have 2 active mail addresses, one of them uses the exchange server 2007..

any ideas?

Hello and welcome.

-How many messages are in the inbox?
-Is the Rapoo 2.4G Wireless Device your only wireless connection?
-If not, have you tried removing it and using the built-in Wi-Fi?
-You could try disabling each account in Mail > Preferences... > Accounts > Advanced on at a time and test to see which account is causing the issue.
