Mail does not show message, only header

Mail works fine on iPhone and iPad. I can read all mails on iPhone and iPad, just not on iMac (newest software). If I try to forward the e-mail, I can read the words. Talked to Apple quite some times (5-6 times), they can not solve this. Sometimes it helps to uncheck "Protect Mail Activity" in: Prefs-> Privacy. But not always...

Problem solved after 6 months or more. ;(

Uncheck Protect Mail Activity (Prefs->Privacy). And FORCE QUITE Mail, not Quit, but FORCE QUIT. That resets some of Mails Prefs. Now it works. I wonder why Apple did not know this bug! Best K
