A part from the fact I am truly suffering from this bad Mail Flagging issues. Rebuild Mail Boxes is not working and it is stuck in INDEXING... Please, some help? I've been trying EVERYTHING...

What program are you using to rebuilt Mail mailboxes? Sometime, way back, I had issues with rebuilding mailboxes and I successfully used Onyx.app to repair the issue. You can download the app here:

It’s freeware, but you have to select the version of macOS you’re running and download the appropriate version. When you open it, select the Maintenance button. The default setting will not have mailboxes rebuild switched on. Turn it on, and it will be safe to let the other settings as is, or you can selectively turn the others off or on. Good luck!

Hey, Tony! I am using the built feature REBUILD on the Mail app. I'll find out on this OnyX and let you know if that works for me. Thanks and have a good one!
